Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Lead Times​

Each hat from Houston Hat Guy is a bespoke creation. The processing and crafting timeframe begins after the final design has been confirmed by both the customer and the Houston Hat Guy.

Standard Lead Time:  Approximately 4 weeks or less.

Houston Rodeo Season (Jan 5 – March 22, 2026):  6 to 8 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Carriers​

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout through our USPS integration, based on the destination and the dimensions of our standard hat box (19 in. x 19 in. x 9 in., weighing 3–4 lbs).

Domestic Options:

Priority Mail: 3 – 5 business days.

Express Mail: 1 – 2 business days.

International Shipping:  We offer international shipping via USPS. Applicable rates and delivery windows will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific country and region. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Local Pick-up (Houston, TX)

Customers in the Houston, Texas, metropolitan area may choose to pick up their hat in person. If you select this option, Houston Hat Guy will contact you directly via the phone number or email provided at checkout to arrange a convenient meeting time and location.

Service Interruptions

While we utilize USPS for all deliveries, Houston Hat Guy does not control carrier operations. We cannot verify specific delivery dates in the event of weather-related delays or carrier service interruptions.
